We're in search of a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer, an independent thinker, willing to come up with great ideas, commitment and quality work.

The team in Romania is remote-first, so you can work fully remote, but we can also offer a physical workplace in Bucharest, if you need or prefer a traditional office space that is not at home.

What we are looking for in our new Frontend Developer:

• Experience with React, Material UI & AI-assisted coding
• Good knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

• Design and build complex and innovative web applications for end customers and insurance related businesses

What we are looking for in our new Senior Software Engineer (required):

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, ideally with a portfolio of delivered projects.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous learning are highly valued.
• Ability to take advantage of integrated AI Assistants for ideation, development, and debugging.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaboration workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, documented, and scalable code across frontend and backend contexts.
• SQL proficiency (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and development practices.
• A software engineer who shows initiative by proposing and discussing future priorities with the team.
• Excellent written & spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

Nice-to-have advantages for this role:

While not required, experience with any of these will make you stand out:

• Familiarity with Python-based frontend frameworks or tools (e.g. Dash)
• Knowledge of React/JavaScript for custom UI components
• Experience building AI agents or integrating AI APIs, even as side projects
• Experience creating configurable/white-label applications
• Background working with complex UI component libraries
• Experience leading technical architecture decisions

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain a web application that manages our insurance product configurations while providing visual context of the entire workflow (Python and Javascript).
• Understand software requirements and specifications, research solutions and plan the implementation with realistic estimations.
• Develop unit tests cases to verify software functionality, reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software is meeting all quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability.
• Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues and working with support teams to provide solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and tools in software development and quality assurance.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on development best practices.

What we are looking for in our new QA Engineers:

• Proven experience in manual testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience in test automation using different tools
• Proficient in REST API testing
• Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with JMeter or similar tools
• Practical experience working with Docker
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Hands-on experience with Linux
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience or personal projects involving AI
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll do:

• Define, implement, and continuously improve both manual and automatedtest strategies for different projects, ensuring thorough coverage and high-quality releases.
• Identify and report defects, working with development teams to ensure their resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans and test casesthat align with project requirements.
• Ensure tests are comprehensive and effectively validate functionality, performance, and security of applications.
• Design, implement, and optimise automated test scripts using various tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling consistent test execution during each build/deployment cycle.
• Conduct REST API testing, including creating test cases, validating API responses, and ensuring the correct behaviour of services.
• Use tools such as Postmanto perform manual and automated API testing.
• Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkinsto automate the testing process, facilitating smoother and faster deployments while maintaining quality.
• Leverage JMeter or similar tools to carry out performance and load testing, ensuring the system’s scalability, stability, and responsiveness under varying loads.
• Use Docker to create consistent and isolated testing environments, ensuring that tests are reproducible and reliable across different stages of development.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWSto deploy, test, and scale applications in a cloud-based environment, ensuring compatibility and stability.
